We wanted to share some important instructions that will ensure a smoother and more enjoyable event for everyone.
Dress Code: We encourage attendees to wear traditional Indian attire or outfits in festive colors to show respect for the occasion.
Photography and Recording: We encourage you to share your photos of the event with us in Facebook. Whether you're a seasoned photographer or just a casual snap-shooter, your images are valuable to us. We plan to create a collective album that embodies the spirit of our Durga Puja celebration. You can upload your photographs to this link after the event.
Tilottama: Please register if you have not already. Registered participants are requested to be present in front of the auditorium stage by 1.30 PM on the day of the event.
Wrist band & dinner coupon: The Front Desk will be situated at the entry of the building. It is essential to collect your wristband and food coupons from front desk each day for access to the event and food stalls.
Please keep your wristband on your wrist throughout the day to facilitate entry and ensure a smooth experience. Food coupons can be redeemed at the designated food stalls for your meals.
If you lose your wristband or food coupons, please visit the same collection area for assistance.
Minor Schedule Change:
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have made a slight adjustment to the event schedule. The Saturday evening cultural program, originally planned for 6:00 PM, will now start at 5:00 PM, dinner will be served at 7 PM, originally planned for 5 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Please note - this change is only for Saturday.
